After suffering from a close range gun shot wound years ago I suffered tremendous lower back pain to say the least. I was prescribed Percocet which later became slightly addictive, which put me in a potentially dangerous situation. Luckily I knew two older wealthy men that gave me great advice.
The first was in finance and urgently instructed me to stop taking the pills ASAP and gave me his history of back pain and surgery. With that advice I slowly cut the pills until I taking less and less to alleviate the pain. I did not completely stop because I still needed to feel less back pain in order to do things and function.
The second gentleman was either a brain or spinal surgeon based in Florida. He provided me the back stretches seen below, which change my life and allowed me to stop taking the pain medication . This allowed to move and function until me back became stronger along with the surrounding muscles and organs.
